Strong churches have a pastor and a board who trust each other and pull in the same direction.
When that partnership works, the ministry of the church can give full attention to its people and mission.
Many boards carry that responsibility without feeling fully equipped for it. They are asked to decide on budgets, compensation, contracts, insurance, and buildings, and they take the work seriously even when the questions are unfamiliar. This day is for those boards and for the pastors who lead alongside them. Throughout this one-day training, you will gain insights, tools, and relationships that will equip to lead effectively in the board room.
