Regardless of your church's size, age, history, or location, the ministries and resources of the Ohio Ministry Network are intentionally designed and committed to your success as a ministry leader. Many church workers are surprised to discover there are so many gifted and like-minded leaders right here in Ohio and, usually, in their corner of Ohio as well!
As you explore the list of ministries to the right, you will find information about each department or network, as well as the leaders who coordinate personnel and resources on the state level (at the Network Resource Center in Columbus) and leaders who serve on the local Area level as well.
For organizational purposes, the Ohio Ministry Network is set up in two key ways to maximize connectivity of ministry leaders: geographically and relationally. Geographically, there are 13 Areas around Ohio, each with their set of ministry leaders. Relationally, through electronic conferencing or in-person meetings at the Network Resource Center in Columbus, at the Conference Center in Morrow County, or at other venues around the state, ministry leaders gather together to pursue best practices and life-giving fellowship based on their particular area of passion or interest.
